Banks Aquatic Coaching
Private swim lessons in Allentown. Families used to book by email, with payments in one app and the schedule in a shared document. I moved the site onto WordPress and built the booking system behind it, so families sign up and pay on their own and the coach runs his week from one screen.
- Online booking
- Parents pick a time from the live schedule. Little ones go to a free evaluation first; older swimmers book lessons straight away.
- Waiver and intake in the same flow
- The waiver is signed on screen, with medical history and an emergency contact, before anyone pays.
- Payments that finish the booking
- Card payment through Stripe. Weekly lessons bill themselves every four weeks, and parents manage their own card.
- Siblings and friends
- Two swimmers can share a lesson. Anything unusual goes to the coach to set up, instead of a form that tries to cover every case.
- A coach hub
- Today's lessons, the weekly schedule, families, payments and announcements, all from his phone.
